  STOP and read this before you make any decisions about this company. I'am a repeat customer that has PAID in full and PAID on time. You think that would help me get some type of customer service over issues of their work. NOT. I've been stood up 3x by Tom who has refused to come out to our house to discuss an issue. With two kids with **severe disabilities** we cannot afford to throw money away over work that wasn't done to standards (according to our Insurance Adjuster) not to mention being worried over --mold-- related health issues for them.
  I'll keep you posted about how this ends along with some pictures and other background information later.
